CoconutPet is developing tools for everyday pet care. This notice covers our public website and early-access list. The product screens shown on this website contain sample data.

When you join the early-access list

We save the email address you submit, the time of your request and your consent to receive product updates. We use this information for launch updates and testing invitations. We do not sell the list or use it for unrelated advertising.

Where it is stored

Signup records are stored in a private database on the server hosting this website. They are not published or accessible through a public list. Our team can access them to manage the early-access program.

Website requests

The web server receives technical information, including your IP address and requested page. Request logs help us diagnose errors and limit abuse. This website does not use advertising trackers or analytics cookies.

Cameras and product data

This website does not connect to your cameras or collect camera passwords, footage or pet records. Monitor is in development. Before any device onboarding, we will provide the product’s data controls and applicable privacy information.

Your choices

Joining is optional. You can request removal from the early-access list by contacting hello@coconutpet.com. We retain your signup while the early-access program is active unless you ask us to remove it.
